The State Building Authority Munich 1 is one of 22 state building authorities in Bavaria. It is responsible for a variety of buildings owned by the Free State of Bavaria and the Federal Republic of Germany in the area of the state capital Munich. These include properties of the German Armed Forces, museums, justice and police buildings, ministries, theaters, churches, data centers, and much more. Our task is to manage new construction and renovation projects, as well as to carry out building maintenance. We largely work together with freelance architects and engineers to fulfill these tasks. In some areas, we also carry out construction management ourselves, which may require attending construction site meetings.

For our Administration Department / Central Services Division, we are currently seeking a

Caretaker (m/f/d) or Building Technician (m/f/d)

The Central Services Division is responsible for the operations in the two office buildings of the State Building Authority Munich 1, including property management, procurement and contract management, procurement, mailroom, and filing and plan archive.
