    About TEAM LEWIS

    TEAM LEWIS is a global marketing agency that has evolved from a small startup to a multinational company in just over two decades. Its success stems from a mix of factors: talented creatives delivering award-winning campaigns; expanding client relationships into new markets or services, and maintaining independence from external investors. The agency, its staff, and client campaigns have garnered numerous awards, including Cannes Lions, PRovoke Media, ICCO, European Excellence, PRCA Digital, Digital Impact, Global Digital Excellence.

    Central to the business is the TEAM LEWIS Foundation (TLF), a nonprofit organization. Since its establishment in 2021, it has supported over 1,500 causes. The objective is to back 2,025 causes by 2025. TLF advocates for various social, cultural, and environmental causes that benefit society, aiming to strengthen ties between the creative industries, businesses, government, and nonprofits. Employees champion community charities, providing not only financial contributions but also volunteering time and skills to enhance effectiveness.

    Key Responsibilities and Tasks

    • Assist the team in managing client accounts and projects, occasionally taking full ownership of projects
    • Provide valuable advice and recommendations to clients and team on digital strategies and online opportunities
    • Enhance relationships with clients to establish TEAM LEWIS as a long-term partner for digital communication services
    • Coordinate communication with select clients, ensuring adherence to deadlines and service agreements
    • Support business development through pitch preparation and research

    Digital / Social Media

    • Execute and manage social media activities for clients, such as creating content calendars, scheduling posts, managing paid campaigns, and overseeing blogs
    • Develop and maintain social media communities, campaigns, and projects for TEAM LEWIS clients
    • Collaborate with account servicing to create compelling digital content and integrated campaigns
    • Work closely with internal teams to deliver projects efficiently
    • Contribute to client growth and engagement across various social media platforms
    • Produce platform-specific copy for all channels
    • Stay updated on digital marketing best practices and trends

    Team Working and Development

    • Ensure personal and client objectives are met consistently
    • Prioritize tasks effectively to maintain personal and team organization
    • Report activities accurately and complete timesheets regularly
    • Identify and escalate new business opportunities to relevant team members
    • Collaborate with the manager to enhance strengths, address weaknesses, and support team development
    • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge
    • Support the training of new hires and interns

    Reporting and Analysis

    • Report all account activities and results to the Digital Marketing Manager / Director
    • Implement recommendations based on performance results
    • Assist in creating performance reports using social listening and account activity data
    • Provide reports to senior management as required

    General

    • Contribute to ad-hoc initiatives and projects
    • Promote the TEAM LEWIS brand, values, and work proactively

    About You

    • Prior experience in digital and social media coordination, preferably within an agency
    • Deep understanding of the digital and social industry and relevant platforms
    • Strong persuasive writing skills
    • Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
    • Confident interaction with clients at a senior level
    • Problem-solving skills to address team and client issues effectively
    • Creative thinking and openness to new ideas
    • Excellent time management and workload management capabilities
    • Proven experience with organic and paid social platforms
    • Familiarity with social media listening, management tools, blog hosting tools, and reporting tools
    • Passion for technology and potentially experience in tech marketing

    This job description serves as a guide and may include additional responsibilities over time.

    The anticipated salary range for this role falls between $64K - $85K. The base annual salary considers factors like location, experience, and expertise.
