Description

As the Audit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the firms audit department. You will be responsible for leading a team of audit professionals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services to our clients.

What You Do

Oversee client relationships, addressing their needs, and delivering exceptional audit services, while maintaining the highest levels of quality and compliance.
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of audit professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their fullest potential.
Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring that they are completed within deadlines, and within budget.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards, regulations, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to ensure audit procedures and documentation are in compliance.
Assess and mitigate risks associated with audit engagements, maintaining a high degree of integrity and ethics in all aspects of the audit process.
Contribute to the growth of the firm by identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships and develop new business.
Provide comprehensive reports and insights to clients, partners, and stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement and future growth.

What You Need

CPA certification is required
7+ years of experience in Public Accounting
Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
Strong leadership and team management skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent technical knowledge of auditing, accounting, and financial reporting standards
Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
Proficiency in using audit software and tools
Commitment to high ethical standards and integrity

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: Onsite

Comp: $80k+ and Commensurate with experience
