- Oversee client relationships, addressing their needs, and delivering exceptional audit services, while maintaining the highest levels of quality and compliance.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of audit professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their fullest potential.
- Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring that they are completed within deadlines, and within budget.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards, regulations, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to ensure audit procedures and documentation are in compliance.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with audit engagements, maintaining a high degree of integrity and ethics in all aspects of the audit process.
- Contribute to the growth of the firm by identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships and develop new business.
- Provide comprehensive reports and insights to clients, partners, and stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement and future growth.
- CPA certification is required
- 7+ years of experience in Public Accounting
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent technical knowledge of auditing, accounting, and financial reporting standards
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficiency in using audit software and tools
