RESPONSIBILITIE S

Development and patentability analysis for clients
Assisting on Matters Before Patent Offices
Patent prosecution strategies for business growth and success
Collaborating with inventors and attorneys
Writing Office Actions
Conducting patent searches

QUALIFICATIONS

Advanced Scientific Degree (Masters or PhD; bioengineering, chemistry, civil engineering, electrical engineering, physics)
1 or more years of patent prosecution preferred
Winning mentality
Strong interest in technology
Excited to learn and grow with colleagues and firm

DAY TO DAY
Assist in all aspects of patent prosecution; work with attorneys to prepare patents

REPORTING STRUCTURE
Reports to Patent Attorney

Technical Specialists, Patent Agents, Patent Attorneys, Partners

GROWTH

Two options:

Caldwell will provide study material for patent bar exam and will pay for law school
