• Creates a positive and welcoming experience for all customers
• Represent Omaima Couture in a professional manner
• Work one on one with brides and their bridal parties to find their perfect style including wedding gown, bridesmaids, evening gowns and accessories
• Educates customers on general bridal knowledge (including but not limited to fit and fabrications)
• Drives store and personal sales by suggesting items to meet customer needs
• Build relationships with brides via consistent communication throughout the entire life of the event
• Follow up with potential customers interested in our boutique, set appointments
• Lead customer appointments
• Maintaining a professional attitude under pressure
• Upholding all store policies and procedures

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be both professional and friendly
• Ability to build relationships with customers, and solve problems quickly and efficiently
• Building a relationship of trust and honesty to provide the exceptional experience
• Dedication and ability to quickly develop strong product knowledge of bridal industry and trends
• Physical ability to move throughout the store, lift and move up to 20lbs, kneel and stand
• Ability to maintain a fashion forward and professional appearance at all time.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to selfmanage personal and company achievements
• Basic computer skills and knowledge
• Team player with a strong work ethic

• Detail oriented with a key sense of personal style and bridal fashion
• Passion for weddings and/or fashion
• Has strong belief in good and genuine customer service
• Capable and willing to resolve any and all issues

• Day shift

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
