Job Description
  • During your internship, you will support us in setting up a digital maintenance management system for technical building equipment and creating new maintenance procedures for technical trades in new and existing buildings.
  • You will also coordinate the revision of maintenance plans with technical trades.
  • Lastly, you will monitor interfaces to BIM and work on special topics.
Qualifications
  • Education: degree in engineering, facility management, real estate, site management, or similar
  • Experience and knowledge: proficient in MS Office
  • Personality and work style: independent, responsible, and structured
  • Languages: good German and English
