Overview:
Starting salary for this role is $25 per hour and can increase up to $40/ hour based on performance

For PT roles:
Benefits: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.

End Date 7/31/2024

Responsibilities:

Manage availability by updating your schedule to indicate times you can work events.
Once accepted, do not cancel events and ensure punctuality for all events.
Demonstrate excellence in guest service, interactions with coworkers, and compliance with uniform and grooming standards.
Serve passed foods, beverages, or plated meals to guests, replenish food stations or bars, and attend to food stations, bars, or buffets with comprehensive knowledge of all items.
Assist in unloading and loading equipment, products, or goods to and from event venues, capable of handling up to 50 pounds of weight.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in both event space and backofhouse areas.
Uphold sanitation, health, and safety standards across all areas.
Perform any standard duties or tasks assigned related to service setup, execution, and breakdown.

Qualifications:

One or more years of experience as a waiter in a fine dining, large scale dining facility or similar field preferred.
Committed to offering exceptional hospitality.
Detailoriented with an ability to multitask.
Ability to be selfdirected while working in a teamoriented environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours.
Desire to learn and grow in a professional working environment
