What You'll Do:

Joining us as an Inventory Control Clerk means you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and orders, ensuring that stock levels are optimized. Your tasks will involve monitoring inventory, initiating restocking processes, and addressing any discrepancies. You will also be required to report any irregularities promptly to your supervisor, contributing to the smooth and efficient management of inventory operations.

Job Duties:

Reconciling sales transactions and cash drawers
Handling customer concerns and investigating credit matters
Correcting customer invoices and resolving discrepancies
Printing cash schedules and reviewing outstanding invoices
Investigating and rectifying missing invoices
Assisting the Accounting Department with major fleet issues
Tracking orders and resolving issues
Recording purchases and updating the database
Managing returns according to established procedures
Performing various clerical tasks, including data entry and phone handling
Undertaking any other assigned duties as necessary

Job Qualifications & Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Knowledge of inventory control and ordering processes for supplies and equipment
Strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in database management
Proficient in clerical, word processing, and general office tasks

Physical Requirements:

Successful completion of post-offer drug testing

Compensation:

- $18-$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
