Hydrasearch Company, LLC is a fast-growing Defense Contractor seeking a dynamic individual to join our talented sales team in the role of an Estimation Government Planner in Stevensville, MD In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise for our Defense and Aerospace customers.

By collaborating closely with the sales team and engaging directly with customers, the government planner shall work efficiently and effectively to ensure accurate on time deliveries.

This role requires a unique blend of Client Relationship Management, Proposal Development, Regulatory Compliance, Contract Management, and a knowledge of government planning processes.


Essential Job Responsibilities:


  • Superior sales support generating quotes with additional data entry
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints and material requirements preferred
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Strong Computer skills in ERP, Microsoft outlook and office
  • Interested in solving problems.
  • Fast learner with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Administer government contracts and resolve contract issues

Qualifications:


  • Must have proficiency in writing and negotiating complex contractual terms and conditions in the government context
  • Must have strong analytic and organizational capabilities
  • Operational knowledge of and practical use of Microsoft office suite, preferably MS word and Excel and practical use of the internet.
  • Knowledge of SYTELINE is desirable.
  • Multitasking
