- Manage, maintain, and create data reports and dashboards to connect campaigns, performance metrics, and leads generated.
- Track leads throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accurate lead source attribution.
- Develop strategies to enhance lead data hygiene within marketing operational processes.
- Collaborate with IT stakeholders to pinpoint opportunities for improvement.
- Responsible for vetting and qualifying leads, ensuring their alignment with our target audience and sales criteria.
- Ensure that all qualified leads are accurately recorded and tracked in Salesforce, maintaining data integrity, and enabling effective sales follow-up. Your attention to detail and commitment to lead management processes will contribute to the overall success of our marketing and sales efforts.
- Conform best practices for data hygiene and data quality control to ensure accurate and reliable reporting especially within Salesforce.
- Train team members and sales representatives on tech stack tools such as Pardot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and Zoominfo Marketing OS.
- Support the sales organization, including direct sales and the channel team by interacting with them weekly to gather insight on how to support pushing leads through the funnel.
- Review and optimize all chat workflows, working with the Zoominfo Marketing OS team to align playbooks and content recommendation. Manage the relationship with Zoominfo Marketing OS and coordinate content creation or support from the content writer based on recommendations and strategic direction. Ensure the marketing coordinator responds to Drift messages and routes them accordingly.
- Optimize Salesforce setup, workflows, and processes to support marketing and sales activities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand the lead funnel and customer journey, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee the integration of Salesforce with marketing automation platforms, such as Pardot, Zoominfo, Outreach, etc.
- Own the data synchronization between Pardot, Salesforce, Marketing OS, Zoominfo and other relevant systems ensuring accuracy.
- Develop and maintain efficient workflows to automate marketing processes, such as lead nurturing, email campaigns, and so on.
- Ensure the website is set up appropriately with integrations, including all SEO tactics, to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Provide insights-driven advice and consultation to the Director and marketing leadership, leveraging marketing performance data.
- Ensure impact-level marketing measurement and executive reporting on marketings contribution to the business.
- Analyze periodic measurement reports and make recommendations to improve marketings effectiveness and impact.
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent education/experience. (MBA preferred)
- Possess a proven track record of effectively leading and managing projects, budgets, data reports.
- Expertise in managing Salesforce, Pardot (B2BMA, ABM dashboards)
- Expertise in marketing automation platform Pardot, Outreach, and Zoominfo Marketing OS.
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimizing paid channels.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000 / year base, OTE based on several factors including but not limited to education and work experience.;

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing Department at Claro Enterprise Solutions. As a key member of our B2B marketing team, you will be responsible for managing our marketing operations, marketing tech stack, automated workflows with a big focus on Salesforce, Pardot, Zoominfo Marketing OS, Outreach Webflow, other marketing automation tools and a proven track record of managing, maintaining, and creating data reports and dashboards to connect our campaigns, performance metrics, and leads lifecycle.
You'll troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate with the IT department on our integrations, train team members on using marketing technology, streamline processes, and promote collaboration with other departments for efficient data integration. You will manage quality control and strategical alignment with the Sales and Channels team in addition to lead qualification and recording.
