What will be your responsibilities

You will be responsible for the support operations as a 1st level support manager and work on internal IT projects
You will be responsible for problem solving in internal 1st and 2nd level support
You will support installed systems and be responsible for their 2nd level support
You will actively communicate with our employees and answer their questions via phone, email or ticket system

What we appreciate about you

You have a degree with a focus on information technology
Knowledge in IT support and experience with Microsoft technologies from the on-premises and M365 product range, such as Azure AD, MS SQL, Exchange, SharePoint online, would be an advantage
Ideally, you have knowledge in virtualization environments from VMware and backup systems from VEEAM
Your way of working is team-oriented, independent and characterized by entrepreneurial thinking, combined with a high problem-solving competence and enjoyment in dealing with internal customers
