- First level user support
- Technical contact for our customers
- Participation in IT projects
- Support in product development
Your profile:
- Training as an IT specialist for application development or equivalent skills
- Structured and independent way of working
- Interest in new technical content and topics
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good German and English skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft products (Windows Server, SQL Server, Exchange Server)
- Basic programming skills in C#, .NET Framework, and database programming
- Ideally, knowledge of Microsoft Visio
