Responsibilities:


Responsibilities include:


  • Review documentation for accuracy.
  • Navigate between various company software
  • Efficiently process the needed insurance document based on task given _(including Binder, Policy, Endorsement, Inspection Reports etc.)_
  • Release task to the appropriate next step in the workflow.
  • Handle escalated issues and followup on outstanding issues promptly.
  • Maintain/exceed daily task goals given.

Qualifications:

Job Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (G.E.D.)
  • Strong customer orientation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player with a commitment to company values
  • Analytical and detail oriented; capable of multitasking.
  • Ability to crosstrain within multiple operational functions
