Filler Operator

Shift: 6:00AM - 2:30PM Monday - Friday (may include overtime)

What You'll Be Doing

Operate the filler and maintain operational condition throughout production runs.
Manage the entire filling operation by controlling filler functions such as starting/stopping, adjusting speeds, coordinating variable speed controls etc.
Maintain vigilance for any upsets within the filling operation and able to react quickly to overcome such upsets.
Ability to identify unsafe conditions and react with proper techniques to correct these conditions.
Ability to communicate clearly with downline associates, supervisors, managers, and maintenance department.
Manage alerts to maintenance and management for all maintenance related issues.

What You'll Bring

Ability to lift 60 lbs.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Ability to sit, kneel, bend at waist, reach and extend arms.
Must have good manual dexterity.
Ability to function in a range of temperatures.
Must be physically able to wear PPE.

This position has a base salary range of $ The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
