Your training as an educator (m/f/d) in Cologne - full-time school-based

The educator (m/f/d) cares for and supports children and adolescents. They work in preschool education, residential care, and extracurricular child and youth work.
Observing the behavior and well-being of children and analyzing the results according to pedagogical principles is an important aspect of the educator's (m/f/d) work.

Educators (m/f/d) promote the physical and mental development of those in their care by encouraging them to engage in creative activities and play. They document measures and their results, hold conversations, provide support and advice for school tasks and personal problems. Educators (m/f/d) reflect on their educational work as a team, collaborate with other social and, if necessary, medical professionals, and maintain close contact with parents.
