Our USA-CLEAN division focuses on the Industrial Floor Cleaning Equipment space. We have the nation's largest selection of parts to keep customers' equipment up and running. In addition, if the customer can't install the part themselves, we have over 500 service technicians nationwide ready to dispatch to our customers' locations when equipment needs repair.?

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Branch Manager will have direct responsibility for overseeing and managing the warehouse, service, facilities, and rental departments at the Decatur, IL location. As the senior-most responsible individual, they will lead a diverse team of employees and ensure the smooth operation of the distribution center. This includes overseeing the daily activities of picking, packing, and shipping over 400 packages, as well as managing equipment repairs and rentals. The Branch Manager will demonstrate strong leadership skills and effectively coordinate and communicate with the Marketing and Operations Manager, and the Sales and Customer Service Manager, who report to the Branch Manager in a dotted line capacity.

Provide strategic direction and leadership to achieve operational objectives, ensuring the overall success of the Decatur, IL location.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including order fulfillment, equipment repairs, and rentals, and manage the smooth flow of processes to meet customer demands.
Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement operational plans and policies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations Manager to align marketing strategies, product management, IT infrastructure, purchasing, and service network development initiatives with branch goals.
Work closely with the Sales and Customer Service Manager to ensure excellent customer service, effective management of national accounts, service execution, and inside sales operations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track branch performance and identify areas for improvement.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to guide strategic decision-making and business development efforts.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, vendors, and industry partners.
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering professional growth and maximizing employee potential.
Conduct performance evaluations, address performance issues, and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Implement and maintain effective inventory management practices to optimize stock levels and minimize losses.
Drive a culture of safety throughout the branch, enforcing adherence to health and safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute long-term business strategies, contributing to the company's overall growth and success.
