Your future responsibilities:


  • Approaching and recruiting suitable candidates through various recruitment channels
  • Writing and placing job advertisements (print & online & social media)
  • Analyzing and preselecting incoming application documents
  • Conducting interviews and hiring discussions
  • Customer visits with candidates/employees
  • Consulting and supporting employees in all personnelrelated matters
