    One of the leading companies in the construction industry is looking to add an Human Resource Manager to join their team This company focuses on exemplifying a service standard characterized by personalized and top-tier quality for their employees. The Human Resource Manager will take a central role in strategizing and spearheading Human Resources initiatives, encompassing the implementation and management of policies, benefits, compensation, wellness programs, compliance and reporting, data analytics, and HRIS administration. The compensation range for this role is $90-115K.

    Responsibilities of the Human Resource Manager:

    • Develop Human Resource strategies and lead a team to ensure the success of departmental projects and initiatives in collaboration with the VP of HR.
    • Strong emphasis on the development and growth of the team members within Human Resources offering daily guidance by providing continuous learning
    • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
    • Lead the implementation of HR programs and initiatives that foster a positive work culture.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on employee relations matters.
    • Address and resolve complex employee issues, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
    • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
    • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
    • Lead the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
    • Conduct regular market analysis to ensure the organization's offerings remain competitive.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Prepare and submit required reports related to HR metrics and compliance.
    • Oversee the management and optimization of the HR Information System (HRIS).
    • Utilize data analytics to provide insights and recommendations for HR-related decisions.

    Requirements of the Human Resources Manager:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a business-related field, and/or equivalent experience.
    • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
    • Strong experience managing a team within Human Resources
    • 3+ years of experience in people management
    • Ceridian Dayforce experience a plus.
    • PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
