We are currently seeking an Event Sales & Service Coordinator (m/f/d) in full-time for PIERDREI.

Responsibilities:

Professional handling of all types of event inquiries for our HAFENBÜHNE, our rooftop garden MOON46, and the KiTCHENS restaurant.
Clear coordination with clients, agencies, and artists
Clear, structured, and complete communication of details to all departments involved
Preparation of offers, contracts, and invoices, as well as customer feedback discussions
Management of ongoing events
Close coordination with all departments
Development of event formats and networking in the cultural scene
