Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operation Coordinator. As an Operation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties:


  • Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks to support the operations team
  • Maintain and update computerized records and databases
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Provide office management support, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Provide excellent customer support, both in person and over the phone
  • Utilize computer literacy skills to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Type correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and proofreading

Requirements:


  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent calendar management skills to ensure efficient scheduling
  • Previous experience in office management or administrative support roles preferred
  • Ability to plan and coordinate events with attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Proficient computer literacy skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for proofreading documents
