    Description

    Job Purpose:
    Organize and responsible for a variety of quality engineering functions related to improve quality and reduce cost through quality assurance on quality of conformance to reduce scrap, rework internal supplier material and customer's complaints, Customer interface and support the organization goals in achieving total customer satisfaction

    Key Responsibilities:
    1.)

    Review and identifier manufacturing problems or inefficiencies in the manufacturing process and outgoing product quality, recommends solutions2.) Audit to ensure that quality controls are maintained3.) Studies quality capability of machines and process and furnish results to design and manufacturing planning4.) Prepare inspection instruction correspond to process and product specification5.) Involves and support NPI/ Prototype6.) Communicate effectively with team for customer's complaints and provide solution7.) Know your customer's expectations and drive actions to meet them8.) Support Quality Management System9.) Perform related work as assigned10.) To maintain documentation following ISO11.) To support engineer, technician and QC for QRQC action whenever issue occur12.) Handle daily & weekly FPY & OBA report13.) Supervise OBA Inspectors for daily task, ensuring proper inspection result following IPC standard as well as customer requirement14.)
    Process GAP analysis for site document following ISOJob Qualifications:

    Education: B.A/B.S, B.

    Eng or equivalent years of experienceExperience: 2+ years experiences in manufacturing environment

    Preferred Skills:
    IPC A 610, Quality Testing (PCBA, Electronics component), knowledge of CAPA, and process audit

    Preferred Training:
