Description

We are looking for a
new Case Manager to support a
Personal Injury Law Firm in California.

This person will be responsible for acting as a liaison between the firm, the medical providers, the insurance company, and clients during the pre-litigation stage.

Our new case manager will collect all case evidence, file claims, request police reports, talk to clients, communicate with insurance companies, draft demands and handle property damage.

To do this role properly you should be efficient at solving problems, organized, responsive, have a sense of urgency, and have time management skills.

Some of the responsibilities this person will have are:

Act as the first point of contact with clients, listen to their needs, educate them on the process, and share case updates.
Organize files and collect all relevant evidence.
Request police reports, medical bills, and records.
Draft demand letters.
Send representation letters to insurance companies and medical providers.
Prepare preliminary trust accountings.
Resolve property damage claims.

The Case Manager must have:

Fluent English.
Previous experience in a personal injury law firm
Time management skills.
Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fastpaced, quickly changing environment.
A proactive approach to problemsolving with strong decisionmaking skills.
Professional level verbal and written communication skills.
