Our company has been on the market for more than 20 years and has established a reputation in the planning, construction supervision, and project management of complex construction tasks for major projects in the fields of civil engineering, engineering, and transportation.

Your responsibilities:

Managing and coordinating the finishing trades for the client
Planning the tendering process and setting deadlines and procedures
Providing technical support and coordination for planning, tendering, awarding, and settlement
Mastering the interfaces to the structural work, technical equipment, facade, fire and sound protection, breakthrough planning, etc.
Conducting tendering processes and approving tender packages
Preparing and updating tender documentation in close cooperation with project participants
Participating in the client's tasks as a construction supervisor
Regular reporting and consolidation of results to the project manager through a suitable reporting system

Your qualifications:

Degree in civil engineering/architecture (diploma, bachelor's or master's) or training as a qualified construction technician
Knowledge of building construction and specific experience in successfully implementing finishing trades (interior finishing)
Several years of professional experience in handling major projects
Knowledge of VOB, HOAI, VOL, VOF
