We are a leading company in flat roof construction with the latest technology in terms of sealing and have become a recognized partner in the construction industry, establishing a solid market position for ourselves.

For six years now, there has also been Flachdachbau Herkommer GmbH - here, Tim Kussauer is responsible as managing director for all roofing and sealing work. Together with his team of flat roof professionals, he ensures that every roof is watertight. After all, a house is often exposed to extreme weather conditions and must withstand temperatures from -30 to +80 degrees - for this, a young, dynamic team installs robust welding membranes or modern foil roofs and carries out complex sealing work on various construction sites.

Starting from the new construction season in spring 2023, we are looking for a master roofer.

Responsibilities:

general support of the managing director, in particular:
construction management and site responsibility
work preparation for the respective projects, including material procurement and personnel planning
measurement and billing of completed projects
monitoring the results of corresponding project plans
competent contact person for clients, construction management, and architects
training of employees
