A Multi-Family Residential Property Management company seeks a highly motivated
_Maintenance Supervisor_ with 3+ years experience.

Qualifications:

General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, general maintenance
Geothermal heating experience: required
Previous renovation/rehab or minor construction experience preferred
Previous maintenance experience required, prior multifamily maintenance experience preferred
High School graduate; technical school preferred but not required
EPA/HVAC Certification
