Group Leader in the Work Area (m/f/d):

Job Description:

You will be responsible for guiding and supporting individuals in the work area. Your support will contribute to strengthening the skills of our individuals with disabilities and promoting their professional development.
You will keep track of their needs and progress and document their support progress.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflow processes.
You handle conflicts and crisis situations with confidence and empathy.

Requirements:

You have completed a vocational training, preferably as a work educator, work pedagogue, specialist for work and vocational development, or a comparable qualification.
Your empathy for the life situation of individuals with mental impairments is one of your strengths.
You enjoy working in a team, bring fresh ideas, and are flexible in different situations.
Independent work and reliability are natural for you.
