We also represent employees who have faced workplace retaliation and discrimination, as well as whistleblowers who have reported fraud and misconduct.


Requirements:


  • Licensed in Texas
  • Strong legal writing, legal research, and client management skills.
  • Excellent writer who can tackle the briefing of complex issues in trial and appellate proceedings. This may include drafting and responding to dispositive motions, appellate briefs, and pretrial and postjudgment motions.
