We are currently seeking reinforcements in Hamburg or Schorndorf (near Stuttgart), Germany.


We develop solutions for secure business communication via email (spam protection, archiving, encryption) and have created REDDCRYPT, a cloud solution that sets new standards in email encryption.

In addition, we offer SimplexGate, a cloud VPN, addressing the future-oriented, mobile work from anywhere in the world.

As we continue to expand our activities, we now need your support


Responsibilities:

  • Support in first and secondlevel support
  • Reproducing customer issues in our laboratory
  • Preparing errors for software development
  • Testing hotfixes and new versions
  • Support in QA and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Technical education, ideally as an IT specialist
  • Bonus: You have experience in mail server administration
  • Willingness to familiarize yourself with various (customer) infrastructures
  • No fear of new topics and IT systems
