SALES MANAGER DACH REGION WITH ITALIAN LANGUAGE SKILLS (F/M/D)

Responsibilities include managing existing customers and acquiring new ones (B2B - resellers/dealers/partners) primarily in the DACH region; conducting sales negotiations and preparing corresponding offers with the support of the sales team; following up on offers and regularly coordinating with the management in Germany and the company headquarters in Italy regarding sales strategy and individual initiatives; developing the annual budget and ensuring its implementation; continuously monitoring and analyzing assigned markets and competitors; actively participating in planning and implementing sales-promoting measures for sustainable company growth in the assigned sales area; attending trainings and other events.

We expect

  • Completed technical or commercial education
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in a structured and internationally operating company
  • A charismatic leader with excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
  • High social competence in dealing with employees, business partners, and customers
  • Strong networking, enthusiasm, and decision-making skills
