    Responsibilities:


    Manchester Tank is seeking a Sales Manager to manage all its Industrial Products (Compressed Air, Fire Suppression, & Refrigerants) in the Eastern US.

    This role will focus on revenue generation, emphasizing new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion. S/he will contribute to the creation and execution of a strategic, highly predictable sales strategy in the territory. This role will include significant travel.

    Responsibilities

    Forecasting:
    Update sales forecast for all designated accounts every month.

    S&OP:
    Participate in the company's monthly Sales and Operations Planning processes to forecast future sales by product line.

    CRM/Account Reporting:
    Ensure ongoing accurate and dedicated maintenance of Customer Relationship Management ("CRM") account details; summarize all significant account updates and market insights regularl

    Expense Reporting:
    Manage team's expense budget following specific Manchester policies and procedures; submit and approve timely and accurate expense reporting.


    Qualifications:
    Education, Experience, and Skills

    Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field

    Strong relationship-building skills

    Willingness to learn tactical and technical skills

    Passion for problem-solving

    Confident presenter

    Good communication skills (written & verbal)

    Excellent multi-tasker and great time management skills

    Other Considerations

    We highly value experience with steel tank/cylinder packaging and knowledge of the Compressed Air, Fire Suppression, or Refrigerant industries.

    Prior experience working with and selling through multi-product distribution partners will be highly valued.

    Prior professional sales training (Sandler Sales Training, Miller-Heiman, SPIN Selling, etc.).
