is the parent company to three divisions that work in tandem to produce floating fountains and aeration systems, lighting options for the fountains as well as for your landscape needs, and a machine shop that designs and builds automated systems and provides integration solutions for businesses of all sizes.

Summary

The General Assembly position is responsible for assembling a variety of assemblies, varying from subassemblies for fountain/lighting orders or inventory to complete final assemblies based on production demands.

Essential

Responsibilities:

Assemble small subassemblies, such as ALC disconnects and wiring harnesses, involving cutting and stripping cable, and potting (epoxying) end as needed per specifications
Engrave and assemble nozzles as needed
Verify drawing instruction accuracy and communicate changes needed
Assemble a variety of units or "adders" that are not normally stocked; basically units that are not 1⁄- 5HP Masters
Place assemblies on carts for Final Assembly, or move into storage location (stocked items)
Process jobs in ERP system for Inventory management
Verify BOM accuracy and communicating discrepancies in order to have the MRP system run efficiently and accurately
May require working in several different areas as necessary

Education and/or Experience

High School diploma or equivalent

Physical Demands

Bending, reaching, squatting
Climbing on and off forklift if necessary
Lifting up to 75 lbs. occasionally
Small hand tool use

$ $21.00 per hour
