What you bring:

Degree in health and (pediatric) nursing or elderly care
Further training as a quality officer in nursing or a relevant degree is advantageous but not mandatory
Proficient in all MS Office applications
At least 2 years of professional experience in nursing or elderly care
High resilience and sense of responsibility, as well as respectful demeanor and team spirit
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
Flexibility, commitment, and openness to new challenges

Your responsibilities:

Supporting management in implementing quality guidelines
Providing guidance, implementing, and evaluating the nursing process and its documentation according to professional (expert) standards and the individual needs of residents
Reviewing basic and treatment nursing activities using established quality instruments (e.g. specialist support, nursing visits)
Monitoring, evaluating, and managing risk management
Conducting training
