For a client in the commuting area of Dortmund, we are currently seeking an Assistant Doctor (m/f/d) for Vascular Surgery.

The client is a hospital providing basic and standard care with approximately 500 beds. The Department of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery treats the entire range of acute and chronic diseases of the arterial and venous vascular system. In addition, vascular surgery includes shunt surgery. The newly established catheter facility is the heart of the department.

The hospital is located in the commuting area of Dortmund and is surrounded by major cities. The silhouette of the city is characterized not only by its buildings, but also by the medieval city wall. Remarkable half-timbered houses and romantic alleys also shape the cityscape.

Your tasks - challenging and diverse

  • Pre- and post-operative care and treatment of patients
  • Assistance in vascular surgical procedures and independent performance of operations as part of further training
  • Participation in on-call duty

Your profile - professional and personal

  • German medical license
  • Completion of the Common Trunk is desirable
  • Willingness to work closely with interdisciplinary and interprofessional teams
  • High level of commitment and enthusiasm for the field of vascular surgery
