TWW is building a flex pool in our three senior care facilities (Frohnau, Spandau, Charlottenburg) - with over €70,000 annual salary (at 38.5 hours) achievable through various shifts and our allowance of €800.

Plus, you can plan your working hours 2 months in advance. You tell us when you want to work, and we'll assign you to a specific living area.

As a nursing professional, you will undergo comprehensive training over several weeks in our various facilities.

What we offer:
An unlimited employment contract with a secure salary according to the AVR DWBO
A flex pool allowance of €800 (pro-rated for part-time)

Flexible working hours:
full-time and part-time, with long-term planning of your shifts
Provision of a fully furnished apartment in Berlin-Charlottenburg (limited to one year)
Company benefits, a company pension plan with employer-funded additional insurance (EZVK), a child allowance of €88.35 (pro-rated for part-time), and other tax-saving salary conversion options
30 days of vacation, with
