Murray Motors Collision Center is seeking to hire an Automotive Collision Center Advisor - Office Manager to help support our team We are looking for somebody who has experience in Automotive Service Writing and RO Management as we are a busy and fast-paced shop. We are Top Rated in the area and are on the Direct Repair Program for most insurance companies. This position would work standard hours Monday - Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with a 1hour lunch break).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Schedules appointments with customers.
• Enters itemized estimate on repair order and closes repair order.
• Enters payments and notes in CCC (body shop program)
• Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
• Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
• Participates in required training
• Records technician hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
• Demonstrates the Company's Core Values
• Complies with Company policies and procedures
• Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
• Other duties as assigned
