General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI), a leading company in remotely piloted aircraft and surveillance systems, is offering a great opportunity for aviation or technical students interested in pursuing a career as an Aircraft Technician.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities involve assembly, test, and repair of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV).
Must possess attention to detail, work well under deadlines, and be a team player.
Assist in installing electro/mechanical actuators, landing gear, fuel systems, and avionics systems.
Tasks include cable routing, component installation, and engine support system installation.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
Familiarity with hand tools, calipers, micrometers, torque wrenches, and meters.
Knowledge of computer operating systems.
Comply with all laws, regulations, and safety protocols.
Some extended work hours may be necessary.
Operates on a 9/80 schedule.

Job Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in hand tools.
Ability to work with laboratory equipment and follow procedures.
Willingness to work with unusual conditions.

Salary: $35,390 - $52,625
