Your responsibilities

Counseling, support, and guidance of participants, taking into account their systemic environment
Assistance with administrative procedures/applications, as well as addressing performance deficits and personal issues
Support in overcoming barriers to reentry into the workforce
Behavioral training for dealing with employers/colleagues in the workplace
Crisis intervention and conflict resolution, as well as stress management
Support for employers in meeting their operational and social requirements
Administrative tasks, documentation of the support plan, reporting
