- To assist the Athletic Director and Business Office in the dayto day operations of the athletic director's office, events, and overall athletic department function. These responsibilities include serving as a liaison for the President's Office, VP's, Deans, ODAF, HR, Office of Equity and Diversity and University Budget Office. This position provides executive administrative and event planning support as well.

Knowledge, skills and abilities
- Considerable knowledge of accepted practices, policies, and procedures in the planning and coordinating of administrative and support services. Working knowledge regarding financial and budget systems. Some knowledge and understanding of intercollegiate athletics.
presentations. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while producing quality work. Demonstrated ability to independently carry out projects and assignments.

Education or training - None
Level and type of experience - Considerable experience providing operational support.
Some experience as an executive level administrative assistant.
Some experience regarding financial and budget systems.
Some experience with Human Resources aspects of hiring, onboarding and transitioning employees.
Additional Considerations (supplemental knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience, licensure, certification)
- Some previous work experience in higher education. Some experience providing administrative support to an executive. Some experience in fundraising and donor relations and college or professional athletics. Some supervisory experience preferred.
Conditions of Employment
- Monday
- Friday 8AM5PM in office (nonnegotiable), some evening and weekend work required.
Annual Salary/Hourly Rate - Salary commensurate with education and experience
