Description
Service technicians install, maintain, or repair products or services for our company. They should be familiar with our company's products and have good analytical and decision-making skills.
Their responsibilities include:

Installing and testing: Making sure products work correctly after installation:
Responding to requests: Addressing service requests and repairs products:
Using diagnostics: Assessing the condition of the unit and developing repair plans:
Performing maintenance: Conducting routine check-ups:
Educating customers: Teaching customers how to use their products:
Reporting: Writing service reports after each completed unit:
Collaborating: Working with managers and other service technicians:
Following procedures: Following company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards:
Training: Keeping up to current training and product knowledge on vehicle and conversion:
Skills: Communication, Electrical, Welding, Mechanical, Documentation, Troubleshooting, Technical, & Customer Service**:
Keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and facilities.
Pay:
$ $24.98 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
