- Oversee our Shopify platform, ensuring seamless product launches and consistent website updates
- Assist in organizing and coordinating our web content strategies
- Drive production of assets to meet product release deadlines
- Supervise our Blog and Knowledge Base, coordinating and crafting valuable content for our newsletter
- Co-pilot the content scheduling for our newsletter and blog
- Management of our Dealer Locator
- Implement an app-based system for handy content access, dealer training, and certification
- Collaborate with our team to optimize dealer asset content sharing
- Organize quarterly NPS surveys, handling both content and distribution list
- Utilize Klaviyo to manage email sends and scheduling
- Enhance email flows on our website throughout the customer interaction
- Collaborate with partners to maintain up-to-date, accurate product listings and consumer-focused content pages
- A minimum of 3 years of professional web-related experience
- Prior experience with Shopify
- In-depth understanding of User Experience (UX) principles, web design best practices, and conversion funnel optimization
- Knowledge in using web analytics tools (like Google Analytics/GA4) and data visualization platforms
- Familiarity with frontend development technologies (including HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and content management systems (CMS)
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills, capable of handling several projects at once
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to effectively engage with diverse teams

Description
We are seeking a skilled Web and Content Specialist to oversee a range of core duties, such as managing Shopify product launches, assisting with web content planning, and ensuring all assets hit their launch deadlines. You will also be tasked as a key leader in launching and managing our blog and knowledge base, helping to fuel our newsletter process, the facilitation of email sends and calendar and optimizing email flows through Klaviyo.
Working with both a B2B and B2C lens, this position will work to support web content and strategies to help educate and learn from customers and working to ensure accurate and consumer-focused product listings through all forms of owned and partner sites.
Your duties will also extend to launching and managing our dealer web portal experience including the dealer locator, dealer training and certifications. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of web work experience, a strong understanding of UX principles, proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and familiarity with frontend development technologies. Excellent project management, organizational, and collaborative skills are required, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
