Caldwell is a leading provider of material flow and internal logistics systems, specializing in customized solutions for transport, material flow, sorting technology, assembly, and storage technology. From concept to implementation, we offer expertise in control and automation, warehouse management systems, and IT integration. We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage all service operations, including maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and conversions.
Receive, clarify, and resolve service call complaints.
Act as a technical liaison between customers, field service management, and service partners, coordinating necessary sub-services.
Proactively communicate with customers to schedule appointments and provide support throughout the service process.
Travel extensively to client sites in the Netherlands.

Expectations & Requirements:

Technical training or relevant technical studies.
Strong technical understanding.
Prior experience in intralogistics, warehouse automation, or manufacturing automation, preferably as a fitter or service technician.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers.
Ability to understand and meet customer requirements and needs.
