SUMMARY OF POSITION:


The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for managing all Marketing initiatives associated with their assigned area (portfolio), with their primary goal being to maximize each assets performance.

The Regional Marketing Manager reports to the Senior Vice President, Marketing & Communications and will work directly with the Area Vice President, Asset Manager and Acquisition Lead for all marketing needs at their properties.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:


  • Work with supervisor, business partner and client to develop marketing plan for each asset within their portfolio
  • Implement and execute marketing plan for each asset, including lead generation, collateral/signage, reputation, social media, and other marketing needs
  • Provide ongoing marketing support to community teams, business leaders, and client, including leading weekly and/or monthly marketing calls
  • Proactively monitor online and offline marketing efforts
  • Monitor, measure, and report on all marketing metrics. Evaluate the business impact of marketing activities to make recommendations for optimizing results
  • Project manage third party marketing efforts, including managing relationships with vendors. This includes graphic designers, photographers, videographers, website, sign vendors, and more
  • Coordinate and manage marketing activities for new developments, acquisitions, and dispositions within your area. This includes branding, collateral, digital content, advertising, signage, and customer communication
  • Assist the coordination of photography, video and 3D interactive tours shoots for your properties
  • Ensure properties social media presence is an engaging, creative, and accurate.
  • Ensures all marketing activities are consistent with Haven and community brand standards
  • Build, manage and track marketing spend for your properties
  • Participate in the annual planning and budgeting process by recommending marketing and advertising strategies
  • May supervise other team members.
  • Other marketingrelated tasks as assigned by Direct Report.
  • Travel may be required.

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES
The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that they are able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Multi-family real estate experience preferred
  • Experienced with leading medium to large size projects to completion on time and within scope
  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to work independently on simultaneous tasks with tight deadlines while consistently providing high quality, accurate work product
  • Strong written communication skills, including persuasive writing, editing, and proofreading
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 35+ years of direct property management marketing experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field
