Your future responsibilities

  • Development of concepts for reducing energy consumption in close coordination with the Technical Director and departments
  • Organization, implementation, and documentation of energy-related measures and energy efficiency projects up to 2.5 million euros with departments
  • Ongoing development and implementation of internal and external sustainability reporting in collaboration with the parent company
  • Application for energy-related funding and ensuring compliance with required processes and guidelines (funding management)
  • Representative of the energy management system to authorities, the public, and internal and external audits in collaboration with the operations management

We are looking for

  • Completed degree in engineering (university or technical college) with a focus on energy technology, process engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Advanced professional experience in the field of energy management (EN ISO desirable)
  • Business knowledge is an advantage
  • Cross-departmental, structured, quality-oriented, and goal-oriented work approach
  • Confident and competent appearance with strong consulting skills
  • Good German and English skills in spoken and written form
