    Join Hope Home Care, Inc., a home care agency with nearly four decades of experience linking professionals like you with chances to make a difference in the lives of the most vulnerable individuals in our community. Become part of our team of dependable, compassionate, and empathetic Nurses. Private Duty Nurses deliver personalized care to patients in their residences. We are actively in search of LPNs and RNs for our Pediatric and Adult patients dealing with chronic illnesses in a home environment. We will design a schedule that suits your needs.

    • Medication/Oxygen/Injection administration without any mistakes
    • Offering exceptional care to clients by aiding in scheduled activities and overall care management.
    • Providing professional nursing services encompassing direct nursing care in health maintenance, nutrition, daily activities, treatment, and illness prevention.
    • Evaluating the patient's condition and documenting their care.
    • Engaging in staff training and upholding infection control standards.
    • Patients may require Vent Care, G-Tube Care, and/or Tracheostomy Care
    • Must possess a current license to work as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
    • Proof of work authorization and identity must be provided
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in recreational and daily activities.
    • Capable of working independently within a team setting.
    • Readiness to adapt to a flexible schedule as needed
    • CPR certification is mandatory
    • Excellent assessment and documentation abilities
    • Having a year of practical nursing experience is a bonus (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
    • Reliability, dependability, and punctuality are essential

    Pay: $43.00 per hour
