    Highland Care Center, a 320 bed Skilled Nursing Facility is currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join the team We are a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility that is dedicated to helping our residents maximize their potential and live their lives to the fullest.

    Salary:
    $107,250 per year.

    Shifts available: 8a-4p, 4p-12a, 12a-8a

    Position Description:
    The RN Supervisor is responsible for supervision of the delivery of care to residents.

    Assess resident needs, develop care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care, and supervise CNAs and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.


    Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor:
    Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives that improve the customer experience, enhance workflow, and/or improve the work environment.
    Complete assessments of residents at admission and discharge.
    Supervise nursing staff assigned and allocate duties to LPNs and nursing assistants, as directed.
    Document services rendered to residents for billing purposes.
    Make daily rounds to monitor resident care and status of residents.
    Implement established nursing policies and procedures, educating nursing support staff according to facility guidelines.
    Review charting on a weekly basis for accuracy and completeness.
    Track infection control, exposure control, and resident care trends to provide proactive improvement.
    Other special projects and duties, as assigned.

    Requirements of the Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor:
    Registered Nurse (RN) with current state license.
    One (1) to three (3) years related experience required.
    Previous long term care experience required.
    Must have a current/active CPR certification.
    Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
    Function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity.
