- Tractor operation, tillage, and harvest
- Physical labor includes pruning, weeding, shoveling dirt, and physically repairing irrigation lines/boxes.
- Knowledgeable in the operation and functions of farm machinery.
- Perform equipment cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
- Assist with other general labor tasks as needed.
- Operate tractors and backhoes when necessary to complete tasks.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Must possess a valid, current drivers' license.
- Previous work experience in a rice and/or nut orchards
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong teamwork skills
- Must be organized and know how to maintain equipment.
- Need to have excellent manual dexterity and should be able to work with small, detailed objects.
- Class-A driver's license a plus
- Knowledge of English and Spanish a plus.

JOB TITLE: Seasonal Farm Laborer and Harvest Equipment Operator
Shift: Seasonal (full-time potential)
Compensation: $18 - $23 DOE
Seasonal Position Summary:
The seasonal farm laborer/harvest equipment operator participates in crop harvesting, utilizing various equipment and mechanical devices. The position requires the ability to maintain, repair, drive and control all forms of farm machinery and equipment used to till soil, plant, cultivate and harvest crops as well as, there is manual labor for pruning, weeding and orchard irrigation, repairs and other duties as assigned by management.
