We are looking for someone who takes initiative and makes decisions confidently. You must be exceptionally resourceful and exceedingly self-motivated. We are not going to tell you or show you what to do (although we are happy to guide you) - you have to have it in you.
You must have an impressive history with PROVEN success in business. This includes being able to provide 3 great and appropriate references.
