If you're looking to be part of our team, here are some of the responsibilities that come with being an Associate Clinical Director:

• Lead, manage, and provide clinical guidance to the Perimeter Behavioral of Missouri Treatment Team
• Oversee the clinical program operations, ensuring compliance with policies, meeting objectives, and delivering efficient services
• Work closely with the Medical Director and DON to maintain compliance with federal and state regulations
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop detailed reassessments of patients

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Lead and manage team meetings to review client progress
2. Act as a liaison between executive leadership and professional staff
3. Provide direct clinical services and crisis intervention
4. Supervise and train clinicians
5. Conduct clinical staff meetings and discharge planning sessions
6. Adhere to professional ethics and organizational policies
7. Recognize and report suspected abuse or neglect

Qualifications you need to have:

• At least 21 years of age
• Licensed (PLPC, LPC, MSW, LCSW) by the Missouri Licensing Board
• Minimum of five years of clinical experience with children and adolescents
• Strong knowledge of psychiatric and substance abuse services
• Valid driver's license

Additional Requirements: CPR and Handle with Care certifications

Schedule: Full-time position from Monday to Friday with weekend availability and on-call rotations.
