For our client, an innovative and research-based pharmaceutical company located in Biberach, we are looking for a Production Employee, Production Specialist, Pharmaceutical Worker, Production Assistant, or Career Changer (m/f/d) in the pharmaceutical industry, full-time.

Your responsibilities as a full-time Production Employee (m/f/d) in the pharmaceutical industry:

Perform and document production and cleaning processes in compliance with GMP standards
Conduct necessary in-process controls and sampling
Deliver finished products to logistics
Operate complex equipment or processes

Your profile as a full-time Production Employee (m/f/d) in the pharmaceutical industry:

Completed training is advantageous, or experience as a Production Specialist, Pharmaceutical Technician, Production Employee, Production Assistant, or Career Changer (m/f/d) in the pharmaceutical industry
Basic knowledge of pharmaceuticals, hygiene, and technology
Knowledge of GMP standards is desirable
PC skills, such as SAP, MS Office; operating and application software (e.g. MES)
Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (Mon-Fri) including occasional Saturday work
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
Reliability, communication skills, teamwork, commitment, and a high level of flexibility
