- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join the Dr. Squatch team as a Sr. Inventory Control Analyst reporting tothe Sr. Inventory Control Manager. This role is pivotal in driving process improvements and implementing best practices alongside the Warehouse and Production Teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in transaction validation, ensuring accuracy in inventory control processes, supporting reconciliation efforts, and the flexibility in assisting with Production and Warehouse tasks when needed. This is a great opportunity to help optimize inventory processes and work cross functionally, engaging with Production, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams.
- This role will report to the Sr. Inventory Control Manager.
- This is a full-time role with company benefits based in Brea, CA.
- The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $80,000 to $90,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse and Production Teams to identify areas for process improvement in inventory management and maintain effective controls to minimize errors and ensure data accuracy.
- Validate and reconcile inventory transactions in NetSuite to ensure accuracy and alignment with operational activities.
- Investigate discrepancies and collaborate with relevant teams to address and resolve issues promptly.
- Lead efforts in auditing physical inventory with system records and ensure compliance with established reconciliation procedures.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory control
- Provide support and guidance for WMS and NetSuite functionalities related to inventory control.
- Maintain documentation outlining best inventory practices, procedures, and process-related guidelines.
- Provide support during peak times and assist with Production and Warehouse tasks as needed, including manufacturing operations and warehouse processes.
- Support any data needs for daily operations, providing reporting as needed
- 3+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or manufacturing
- Experience in WMS and ERP (NetSuite specifically preferred)
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in the consumer products industry is highly preferred
